La Prima Catering Launches New Menu!

We are pleased to announce the launch of our updated menu and introduce you to some of our enticing new selections! Start your morning with our breakfast burritos or banana-stuffed French toast. For your next luncheon, try some of our new contemporary sandwiches- including jerk chicken with mango relish on a soft onion roll or our grilled asparagus, portobello mushroom, bell pepper and zucchini wrap. If you are in the mood for a salad, try our new steak with crumbled blue cheese, or chicken sate with our peanut dressing. In order to satisfy your numerous requests, we have also brought back our stuffed spinach pie!

As we've all experienced while shopping at the grocery store, the last year has seen unprecedented increases in prices for all types of food items. With these rising costs in mind, we have made our menu options more flexible to give you more control over ordering to help you save on your expenses. Instead of being limited to our predetermined packages, you can now order our hot entrees a la carte, and then decide if you'd like a salad, side dish or bread basket to accompany your selection. We have also taken a few steps to keep our prices as reasonable as possible, including:

* Our sandwich trays will all include pickles but we will no longer include extra tomatoes. While a number of our sandwiches already include tomatoes, you can always request extras a la carte when you place your order.

* Most catering companies charge separately for utensils or for the use of chaffing dishes, coffee urns, sternos, upscale equipment, set up, etc. or include a separate service charge for those services. At La Prima Catering, the price in the menu is what you are charged (with the exception of specifically requested rental items). If you use our chafing dishes or coffee urns, the only additional charge is the cost of picking those items up; if the pick up is made upon delivery of a new order at a later date, the pick up charge is waived.

* In order to offset significant increases in fuel prices, we have also made a modest increase in our delivery fees. At the same time, however, our policy of including fuel surcharges from time to time will be discontinued.
